I drew this while watching the season five premiere of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" last night. I'm not sure who the other Sunny characters are as Muppets, but Charlie has to be Gonzo. It makes too much sense. It's funny because just the other day I watched the episode (on my new sunny season four dvd) where the guys try to figure their roles far as the group dynamic. Charlie of course is the wild card.

It's also worth noting that just recently the name of the next Muppet movie was revealed to be "The Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made" which is funny to me because the Sunny pilot was famously made incredibly cheaply. Though nothing more than the title for the movie has been announced, there was an idea for a Muppet movie that I believe dates back to the 80s that involved Gonzo blowing all the money for the movie in the opening credits, thus leaving the rest of the movie to be made with nothing. Sounds like something Charlie would do.

Still a while before it airs I think. Looks pretty good though.

I will try and post some Three-Toes stuff sometime soon. It's been a while.

Yeah, so this show is hilarious. I watched it a bit when it was on, but for whatever reason FX doesn't show reruns. That's cool though, because there are DVDs. When asked what it was about, I tried to explain to X that it is essentially about a group of stupid, self-centered people. To this he replied something like "So it's Arrested Development if it were all about GOB and Lindsay?", which sums up the show much better than whatever I was saying did.

Also Hulu is great. It solved the "How do I choose between Conan and Colbert?" problem.

I really hope "Important Things" comes back to Comedy Central. It was easily the funniest thing the network has aired since Chappelle's Show. I mean Jon Benjamin was a regular. COACH MCGUIRK!

This was the envelope for the card that my cousin Jenna gave to me. It was a good birthday. I had been down the beach for the entire week and the fourth was my last day off before I went back to work(s). I went and saw the movie Moon with a friend of mine, which I had been looking forward to for a long time. It did not disappoint. I might even see it again.

So I'm twenty-three now.

It appears the blog still works. Also, I think I actually missed a song from the ninja concert. I believe NIN also played God Given.

Mitch Hurwitz (Arrested Development) + Josh Weinstein (The Simpsons/Mission Hill) + a crazy-awesome-cast + unique animation twist (cartoons on real backgrounds) = Sit Down, Shut Up. Newsrama has more information on the show which will premiere this Sunday (April 19th): http://www.newsarama.com/tv/040910-Sit-Down-Shut.html

Based on the descriptions of the characters, my guesses as to  who plays who goes something like this: (clockwise starting with the guy on roller-blades) Will Arnett (which is funny because GOB would alway be on wheels with his Segway), Kenan Thompson, Jason Bateman, Will Forte, Nick Kroll, Tom Kenney (as the janitor in the window), Henry Winkler, Cheri Oteri, and Kristin Chenoweth.

This show has the makings of greatness. I hope people will watch it and that it doesn't get cancelled (which was the case with both Arrested Development and Mission Hill).

Also, it's probably just the graphic designer in me, but the only thing I don't like about the above image is the font chosen. I mean, it will probably be different in the actual show as I'm guessing the school isn't called "Sit Down Shut Up", but the typeface they chose for the title in the meantime seems a tad weak. It's looks too Home Depot for me or something. I don't know, maybe if I see it used in another instance.
